Working in a Bible college is a calling. Many employees come and go, but only a few stay. It is truly challenging to find devoted employees nowadays. With this, PCM expresses its appreciation for the lives of the faculty and staff who have remained loyal to the college.
JUDY CABALAR, 6 Years
Sir Judy started at PCM as an Assistant Registrar in 2016 and became the College Registrar in 2018 to the present. He is also teaching Gen. Education subjects. He is currently taking his master's degree at BSU with the course Master of Arts in Education majoring in Administration & Supervision. He is the current President of the Board of Trustees of MidCity Church.
JULIUS CAESAR AGAYAO, 7 Years
Sir Julius obtained his Baccalaureate at the University of the Cordilleras with the course Bachelor of Secondary Education major in PEHM. Instead of working in prestigious universities or colleges, he chose to pursue his theological study at PCM. While studying at the college, he started to practice his profession as P.E. Instructor at PCM in 2015. He finished his AB Theology in 2017. At present, he is the Dean of Student Affairs. He is also the Associate Pastor of Ablazing Lights Ministries Inc. Kibungan Benguet Chapter since 2017 to present.
GEORGE INTUYA, 7 Years
Sir George started teaching Biblical Studies and Theology Subjects at PCM in 2015. He obtained his Master of Theology (Th. M.) at Torch Trinity Graduate University, South Korea, and his Master of Divinity at Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
EMELIZA BACUYAG, 8 Years
Ma'am Ems started at PCM in 2014 as an Admin. Staff. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Theology at PCM. She's a Board Member of the Center of Hope for Women. She's a Pastor's wife and devoted worker at Encounter Campus Ministry (ECM) La Trinidad Chapter. She is currently teaching Greek subjects.
Sir Bless started teaching Biblical Studies and Theology Subjects at PCM in 2013. He obtained his Baccalaureate at Saint Loius University Baguio with the course AB Philosophy. He obtained his Master of Divinity and Master of Science in Theology at Asia Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary. He was the former PCM Academic Dean. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph. D. He is also the Senior Pastor of Rimando Wesleyan Church, Baguio City.
BENILDA CRUZ, 15 Years
Ma'am Nilda started at PCM in 2007 as a volunteer Business Administrator. She is known as the "Nanay" of PCM students, faculty, and staff. She also started on the same year the Center of Hope for Women. She helped many churches and ministries in the Baguio-Benguet.
CRISANTA SANTOS, 16 Years
Ma'am Cris started teaching at PCM in 2006. She obtained her Baccalaureate at Saint Loius University Baguio with the course AB Communication. She came to PCM as a student and obtained her Associate of Theology. She pursued her Master of Arts in Ministry at PBTS and recently obtained her Master of Development Administration major in Public Administration at DMMMSU. She's the current Academic Dean of the college and she's also a Church Planter in La Union.
ARNULFO O. PASION, 29 Years
Sir Arnold started teaching at PCM in 1993. He obtained his Bachelor of Sacred Literature at Aparri Bible Seminary. He finished his Master of Ministry at Manila Bible Seminary and Master of Divinity at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary. He was the first Resident Manager or Dorm Manager from 1994-1999. He became the Dean of Students from 2003-2006. Then, he became the Chairman of the Board of Trustees in 2011, and in 2021, he is now the current President of the College. He is also the Director and Senior Pastor of Encounter Christian Church Campus Ministry.
