Arnulfo O.Pasion, was held on November 18th, 2022, with lead Pastor Fernando & Marivic Feliciano of Northshore Christian Church. Ptr. Arnold stated that "Christian Ministry (especially in the area of church growth) can, sometimes, be complicated. For the reason that pastors lack the time and resources to create and personalize a system that would work in their respective churches. Furthermore, it could be tedious and very time-consuming to embark on such a goal without a team or staff to work with."   Working in a Bible college is a calling. Many employees come and go, but only a few stay. It is truly challenging to find devoted employees nowadays. With this, PCM expresses its appreciation for the lives of the faculty and staff who have remained loyal to the college. JUDY CABALAR, 6 Years Sir Judy started at PCM as an Assistant Registrar in 2016 and became the College Registrar in 2018 to the present. He is also teaching Gen. Education subjects. He is currently taking his master's degree at BSU with the course Master of Arts in Education majoring in Administration & Supervision. He is the current President of the Board of Trustees of MidCity Church. PCM BOUNCED BACK

  The Philippine College of Ministry celebrated its 30th  Foundation Anniversary on October 28, 2022, with the theme "RESILIENCE.”   The Guest of Honor, Ptr. Charles Bautista, the current Alumni President, praised PCM for persevering in the face of the devastating effects of the global pandemic. According to his research, 865 private schools were closed in 2020–2021, but PCM remained open. He was inspired by how this small college bounced back compared to big colleges and universities and continually fulfilled the Great Commission by training men and women for the mission. Indeed, this is not the work of men but the work of God. God has supported the college through the efforts of individuals, churches, and missionaries.
